Doug Tallamy lecture: Homegrown National Park

  • West Hartford Conference Center 50 South Main Street West Hartford, CT 06107 (map)

Dr. Doug Tallamy, entomologist, ecologist and conservationist, is a professor at the University of Delaware. Driven by the belief that everyone can play a role, Doug co-founded Homegrown National Park to encourage people to plant natives in the spaces they care for.

His vision is simple: when we all take part, we create the connected habitats that life depends on.

Doors open at 5:30. The Simsbury Garden Club is a co-sponsor of this event.

Livestream information from the West Hartford Library: Hello all! I was finally able to get a livestream option for March 11 thanks to Dr. Tallamy himself and our friends at West Hartford Community Interactive!

Folks must register to receive the livestream link. I am getting the word out now, so please feel free to share the registration link far and wide: https://bit.ly/DougTallamyWH_Virtual
