Club Information and Membership
Meeting Information
Program meetings take place the second or third Monday of each month from September to June, unless otherwise noted on the club calendar. Meetings are held at the Apple Barn with a social time beginning at 11:15,  followed by lunch at 11:30.  The business meeting begins promptly at noon followed by the featured program.  Board meetings are the first Monday of the month.  Floral Design workshops and Horticulture trips are noted on the calendar.  

Activities and programs are publicized in the Hartford Courant and local newspapers.  Members will be notified of cancellations, postponements or delays via the Telephone Committee or by email.

Membership Requirements
Active Members are required to attend at least three club meetings/activities per year.   Some available activities include:
attending meetings
maintaining gardens at Simsbury Historical Society
working on the Annual Plant Sale
serving on Hospitality Committee 
participating in any major fund raising event

Dues
Dues are $30 for Active and Associate Members.  No dues are required for Honorary Members or Friends of Simsbury Garden Club.

Guests
Guests are welcome at all meetings except the September Annual Luncheon.  Please let the Hospitality and Membership chairs know if you are bringing a guest.
